Aggressive Chocolate is our most popular blend. It is roasted for espresso, but equally enjoyed as a filter coffee. Aggressive Chocolate is a three bean blend that is well balanced with initial sweetness and lovely lingering cocoa finish – its signature trait and where it gets its name from. This blend works well with milk and does not have the bitter taste that most baristas try to avoid in a balanced cappuccino.

Flavour notes: Full bodied, light acidity, caramel sweetness and dark chocolate finish.
Recommended brewing methods: Any espresso-based drinks, the Moka Pot and French Press. With or without milk.
